Led by upright bassist and composer Julian Haugland, the quartet focuses on singable melodies, rich acoustic textures, and playful live interaction. His music combines clarity with complexity, using the bass as a melodic voice in dialogue with the rest of the band.
The quartet includes Erlend Vangen Kongtorp (saxophone), Amund Totland (guitar), and Steinar Heide Bø (drums).
