Five boys from Italy set out in 2019 to explore the latest trends in the jazz world. Accustomed to playing only with musicians from different generations, the boys wanted to form a quintet solely with young people.
Wasted Generation is not a name chosen at random, but one intended to provoke, just like the music they play. The band is composed of Iacopo Teolis (trumpet), Gabriel Marciano (alto saxophone), Vittorio Solimene (piano), Giulio Scianatico (double bass), and Cesare Mangiocavallo (drums).
